Olaf

Olaf Coach prepares one application at a time. The package is a tailored CV and a cover letter for that job, written from your Base CV and the history already on the account. The Base CV stays reusable. Strategy names what he may adapt. The package is the version for this role. The queue of applications in progress is where an active package waits.

In the workspace

Open the package from Chat, from Applications in progress, or from the tracker. You can:

• Read the tailored CV and switch to the cover letter.
• Ask Olaf to revise a section, or edit the draft yourself.
• Accept a suggestion only when it matches your experience.
• Download the documents. A complete application is marked Applied automatically.
• Open the employer page and apply there.

Downloading does not submit anything to the employer. You still send the files yourself.

Turbo, on Pro and Max, is a stronger pass on this same package. You can choose it for recommended jobs or in Add job link before starting an application. See Turbo.

Saved writing preferences

Tell Milo or Olaf what you would like remembered for future applications: your preferred tone, how to open the summary, or a detail from your approved CV that should stay visible. Saved preferences are shared with Olaf when he prepares or revises a document, so you do not need to repeat them in each chat.

Be clear when a direction is only for one role. You can also ask either specialist to replace a preference that no longer fits. Saving a preference does not change existing documents automatically; ask Olaf to revise the relevant application when you want to apply it there.

Writing preferences guide presentation. They do not add qualifications or experience to your approved history.
