Strategy
Target roles, location, channels, weekly volume, and the operating plan Milo and Olaf follow.
Strategy
Strategy is the working instruction Milo and Olaf follow when they rank roles and prepare the ones you select. Update it when your lane changes.
The page keeps:
- Target roles. Comma-separated. Milo uses these as the main recommendation lane.
- Location preference. For example London, or remote within the UK.
- Compensation preference. Used when a listing shows pay.
- Preferred search channels. Opportunities, LinkedIn, company career pages, warm outreach, and direct apply.
- Weekly volume. How many applications you want in a week, inside the plan limit.
- Speed versus selectivity. How selective Milo should be before a role goes to Olaf.
- Constraints. Visa, geography, sectors, compensation, timing.
Below that, the operating plan is the search thesis and the tailoring rules, editable by section. Milo writes it from your brief and Base CV. Save when the lane is right. The status shows Ready when it is saved.
