Applications and rolling windows

What counts as an application, when your allowance renews, and how extra packs work.

Applications and rolling windows

Choose a role and let Olaf prepare a tailored CV and cover letter. That delivered pair counts as one application. You can see your remaining allowance and renewal date in Settings → Billing.

Your monthly allowance

PlanApplications each monthIn any rolling 7 days
MYO Grow10025
Legacy UKJI (paid on Skool)4010
Pro15038
Max250No weekly cap

Your monthly period starts on the date your membership is activated or renewed. It follows that anniversary, rather than the first day of the calendar month. If your anniversary is the 31st, a shorter month uses its last day.

Unused monthly applications and the monthly AI budget expire at renewal. Your next period starts with a fresh allowance. Your dashboard shows the exact renewal date.

How the rolling window works

The weekly allowance looks back 168 hours from now. It does not reset every Monday or at midnight.

On Grow, if you use five slots at 10:00 on Tuesday, those five slots become available again at 10:00 the following Tuesday. If you use the remaining twenty on Wednesday, those return on Wednesday. Legacy UKJI works the same way with a ten-slot rolling allowance: five on Tuesday and five on Wednesday return on their respective days the following week. Your dashboard shows when your next slot opens.

Pro uses the same rolling window with 38 slots. This lets you use all 150 included applications even in a 28-day membership period, without buying an add-on. The monthly limit still applies.

Monthly renewal does not clear activity from the last seven days. Both allowances apply. Grow gets 3–4 suggestions per day and Pro 5–6. Legacy UKJI gets up to 10 together at the start of its seven-day recommendation cycle, then reminders to finish the week’s applications. The weekly batch remains available throughout the week. Suggestions depend on suitable jobs, credits and your remaining application allowance.

On every plan, thumbs down marks a role as unsuitable and queues a replacement from the next day in your notification timezone. Replacements are charged the usual recommendation credits. They do not use an application slot until you ask MYO to prepare the application.

Opportunities and your daily email show available application slots, the next slot opening, and applications marked Ready in Tracker. You can submit an already prepared application even when no new preparation slots remain. If fewer suitable matches are ready, you can add your own job link using your remaining allowance and credits.

What counts

  • A new role counts once when its MYO tailored CV and cover letter are delivered. MYO temporarily reserves a slot while preparing them.
  • Editing or regenerating documents for the same application does not use another application slot. AI generation can still use credits.
  • If preparation fails, the reserved slot is released. Retrying uses one slot when it succeeds.
  • Merely viewing a recommendation or a pre-prepared suggestion does not use an application slot. Selecting that suggestion starts your application.
  • Importing applications you already submitted elsewhere does not use this allowance. AI extraction or mail analysis can use credits.
  • Deleting or archiving a delivered application does not restore its slot.

Add 40 applications

On an active membership, choose Add applications in Billing or the allowance reminder. A pack costs £5 / $7 and adds:

  • 40 applications to your current month.
  • Supporting AI budget of 500 credits.
  • Freedom to apply without the rolling weekly cap until your next renewal.

Packs stack. Two packs add 80 applications and 1,000 credits. Every pack expires at your current renewal date, even if bought near the end of the period. The weekly cap returns at renewal; recent activity still falls within the rolling window. Checkout shows the price and expiry before payment.

After payment, Milo tries to fill your remaining monthly allowance with suitable matches, including the extra applications. For example, 20 unused monthly applications plus a 40-application pack gives you room for 60 matches. MYO uses your actual remaining balance, regardless of when you buy the pack.

When the pack search finishes, MYO sends an update through your enabled email and WhatsApp channels. WhatsApp shows the total, up to three matches, and a link to the full list.

Existing pending picks stay on your board until renewal. If suitable jobs are not available for every slot, Milo checks again each day without repeating earlier picks. Your daily email separates new matches from earlier matches still waiting and shows your remaining application allowance. You can also add your own job links. Recommendations use the normal credit rate and do not use an application slot until preparation starts.

The pack uses the same AI budget as chat, recommendations, calls and documents. Standard CV and cover-letter preparation currently costs five credits. Heavy chat, voice or Turbo can use the budget before you finish all 40 applications. A pack does not unlock a higher plan's features.
