One monthly pool for chat, search, documents, calls, and WhatsApp. A credit is not an application.
Credits
Credits are one monthly pool. They pay for the AI work in the product: chat, job search, tailored CVs, cover letters, Turbo, voice calls, and WhatsApp.
A credit is not an application. Dividing a credit balance by a single action does not tell you how many jobs you can run. A quiet week of chat and a heavy week of rewrites spend the pool differently. The balance in Settings is the number that matters. The ledger is the record of each change.

Pro and Max are priced for more than extra chat. They unlock better models, and they unlock Turbo. Turbo uses the senior model, currently GPT-6, so one Turbo application spends 20 credits instead of 5. The larger pools are what make a lot of those applications possible.
Max goes further than the pool. It includes unlimited 1:1 sessions with certified coaches, reviews of your search, community, and courses. Those are part of the plan. They are not reconstructed by dividing credits.
Application allowances are counted separately: Grow 100/month, Pro 150 and Max 250. Grow allows 25 and Pro allows 38 in any rolling 168 hours. Max has no weekly cap. Legacy UKJI, paid on Skool, includes 40/month and 10 in any rolling 168 hours.
Extra applications and supporting credits
A £5 / $7 pack adds 40 applications and 500 credits, and lifts the weekly cap until your next renewal. Packs stack, share your AI budget and expire at renewal. Heavy chat, voice and Turbo may use the credits before all 40 applications are prepared. Packs do not unlock a higher plan's features.
Unused monthly credits expire at renewal. Renewal replaces them with your plan's monthly amount. Old credit-only packs purchased before the application-pack launch and separately granted non-expiring admin credits keep their original terms. Expiring credits are used first. Check Billing for your renewal date.
Beta Tester access has a one-time grant of 100 credits and five applications. Its credits do not reset or refill monthly. An admin can add packs of five applications and 50 credits.
Mail, imports, and Drive
Gmail tracking currently uses these default prices. Check the amount displayed in MYO before approving an action.

Historical analysis shows its message count and cost before you start. Retries must not charge again for the same completed analysis. If your balance is exhausted, mail keeps syncing while AI analysis pauses. Reply drafts use the chat credit rate. The current amount appears on Draft with Yenny and Create draft. A failed draft is refunded. Sync itself is free; newly matched incoming messages can trigger paid analysis.
