Credit history
The ledger in Billing. Activity, credits, and the balance after each change.
Credit history
Billing keeps a ledger under the plan card. It lists debits, refunds, and credits added to the account, newest first. Amounts are in credits. Times are in your local time zone.
Columns
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Activity | What happened, and whether it was a debit, a refund, credits added, or an adjustment |
| Credits | The change on that row |
| Balance after | What remained after that row |
Activity names are the work itself: a chat reply, a tailored CV, a cover letter, a search, a voice call, WhatsApp, or a pack you bought. The same pool pays for all of them.
Load older rows when the table offers it. An empty account says No credit activity yet.
An application pack (£5 / $7) adds 40 applications and 500 supporting credits until renewal. Its grant and expiry appear in the ledger. Historical credit-only packs keep their original non-expiring terms.
