Reset or delete

These two actions are not replays. Replay tour and Replay onboarding, under Theme and layout, keep your saved answers.

Reset my data

Reset clears onboarding answers, source documents, applications, chats, tasks, and the agent workspace. Your login, billing, settings, and community profile stay.

Use it when you want to start again with a different CV or a different person, without deleting the account. It cannot restore old applications or document drafts.

Delete account

Delete queues your data, profile, and community presence for deletion after a 14-day grace period. Requesting deletion emails a ZIP with your stored tailored CVs, cover letters, and Yenny's 28-day read. The account remains available during the grace period. Contact support before the scheduled date if the request was a mistake.
