Tracker
Track applications started in MYO or imported from email and spreadsheets.
Tracker
Tracker keeps applications started in MYO alongside jobs imported from Gmail or an existing spreadsheet. Use Import applications to bring in your history; see the import guide.
Switch between Board and List. Search by company or job title. Board columns load more as you scroll; List uses pages. Archived applications have a separate view.
Application status
Jobs move through preparation, ready to apply, applied, and interview. Not selected records an employer rejection. Dismissed is your decision not to pursue a job. Archived is a separate filing state.
Downloading the CV or cover letter for a complete application marks it Applied in MYO. You can also change its status manually. It does not submit anything to the employer. The application page separately shows whether submission is awaiting confirmation, confirmed by email, or confirmed by you.
If no confirmation email has arrived, the application remains Applied. The page shows that no email has been detected yet. Some employers do not send a receipt, or send it to a different mailbox.
Open an application
Click a tracker card to open its application page without leaving tracking:
- Overview: status, submission evidence, latest contact, and next action.
- Timeline: dated confirmations, replies, interviews, decisions, and corrections.
- Mail: linked conversations and a reply composer.
- Documents: your saved CV, cover letter, or externally submitted copies.
- Job details: the listing and notes.
Use Back to tracker to return. To fix an email match or create an application from correspondence, see Mail.
Automatic archiving
Applied applications can be archived after 45 days without relevant incoming or outgoing contact. Without contact, the application date is used. Opening the page or editing a document does not restart the timer. Interviews and offers are excluded.
A later relevant recruiter message can restore an automatically archived application. Applications you manually archived or dismissed are not reopened automatically.
